Private Event Request

Thank you for considering Utepils for your event! We're excited to provide you with details about our available spaces and offerings for private and semi-private gatherings. Below, you'll find information about each of our event spaces, A/V capabilities, and capacity limits but filling out the form below is the best way to learn about our full options and availability!

Private Events

Please note that while our Taproom and Bay 10 are available for private events, the Taproom opens to the public at 3 pm. However, reservations for private events can be scheduled at any time, regardless of our Taproom's operational hours (special fees may apply). Private events include a dedicated bartender to serve all of our year-round and rotating seasonal beers!

Bay 10 Reservations:

Bay 10 offers an inviting open-air vibe with our salvaged, traditional Irish Bar serving as the focal point, providing a classic touch and warm ambiance to the space. Bay 10 has the flexibility for table rearrangement to suit your preferences and the option to keep public-facing doors open or closed depending on your needs. Equipped with A/V amenities, including a speaker, microphone, projector, and screen. Bay 10 comfortably accommodates 45 guests for a seated event or up to 120 individuals for a standing reception, making it ideal for a range of occasions.

Taproom Reservations:

Our Taproom offers a versatile space for private events, ideal for corporate meetings, networking events, or any other gathering. With a capacity of up to 175 guests seated, our Taproom is outfitted with a large projector screen, microphone, and flexible table placements to accommodate your event requirements.

Building Buy-Out:

Our all-inclusive event package covers the Taproom, Beer Garden, and Bay 10 spaces for up to 250 guests. This includes dedicated staff, all Utepils beverages (beer and NA), and gratuity. Full building buyout prices range from depending on the day and length of event, guest count, and event specifics. The Taproom comfortably seats up to 175 guests (without extra tables), with overflow seating available in the Beer Garden and Bay 10. Catering, cocktail tables, and linens are available upon request.

Semi-Private Events

Feel free to bring light decorations, signs, and other table accessories for your event outside of glitter and helium balloons. All Taproom and Beer Garden tables operate on a first-come, first-served basis without a reservation.

The Overlook

Our Overlook space sits beautifully adjacent to our main beer garden space on the banks of Bassett Creek and up a small set of stairs. We can fit about 30 guests seated on the 3 permanent picnic tables with plenty of room for mingling and gathering. Additionally, we can provide catering and cocktail tables and linens upon request.

Taproom Table Reservations

For a semi-private event experience, limited table reservations are available each day, providing an intimate experience surrounded by Utepils’ ambiance and buzz. Seating is available for approximately 30 guests across three taproom tables, with additional standing room, ensuring ample space for your group to socialize and enjoy the festivities.
