The Overlook- (pricing starts at $150 for a 3-hour timeframe)

• Scenic outdoor seating adjacent to the Beer Garden and Bassett Creek


• Seats approximately 40 guests at permanent picnic tables, with room to mingle


• Optional catering, cocktail tables, and linens available


• Seasonal outdoor space available three seasons and weather-dependent


• This space does not have a rain backup plan

Bay 10- (pricing starts at $650 for a 4-hour timeframe)

• Private room reservation with dedicated entrance


• Inviting open-air vibe with a classic Irish bar centerpiece


• Seats 45 guests or hosts up to 100 standing


• A/V equipped (speaker, microphone, projector, screen)


• Discounts available for non-profits and VIPER members

• Flexible space for corporate meetings, networking events, and celebrations


• Seats up to 175 guests


• Large projector screen, microphone, and customizable table layout


• Taproom opens to the public at 3:00 PM; private reservations may be scheduled earlier (additional fees apply)


• Dedicated bartender(s) serving our year-round and seasonal beers


• No food or beverage minimums


• Wine and other spirits may only be served if provided and staffed by a licensed caterer

• Light decorations are welcome. Glitter and helium balloons are not permitted.


• Taproom and Beer Garden tables are generally first-come, first-served outside of the reservation options listed above.


• Utepils has an open food policy—bring your own food, have it delivered, or hire any caterer you’d like.


• We offer pre-packaged snacks on site and host a food truck daily. Guests may not independently book or order food trucks; all food truck coordination must be approved and scheduled through Utepils.
